Bridgnorth Golf Club, founded in 1889, is a private members club set in idyllic peaceful surroundings alongside the River Severn. Club captains Alan Jones and Margaret Thompson welcome visitors, guests and societies. Bridgnorth is a picturesque historic market town perched above the River Severn in beautiful South Shropshire countryside. It is an area of outstanding natural beauty, home of the Severn Valley Steam Railway and within easy reach of the Ironbridge Gorge World Heritage Site, the Shropshire Hills and other medieval towns such as Ludlow and Shrewsbury. The Club welcomes visitors and societies.
